Dr Satbinder Kaur Bhogal

I am an experienced therapist working with children and adults, including those affected by complex or relational trauma, with or without self-harm or suicidal behaviour. I also support anxiety, depression and couples facing relationship strain or possible separation. My work is based on developing a clear, shared understanding of the emotional patterns driving the difficulties, rather than applying a fixed model. Early sessions focus on clarifying what is happening psychologically and agreeing a purposeful focus for therapy. I prioritise the therapeutic relationship and shared goals, as a strong alliance and clear direction are key to meaningful change.

Ernesto L.Brea

I am an attachment-focused psychotherapist with over 13 years of clinical experience working with adults in both private practice and organisational settings, including services linked to the NHS. My approach is integrative, with a strong foundation in attachment theory, supporting clients to understand patterns in relationships, emotional regulation, and recurring interpersonal difficulties. I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, relationship challenges, identity, and sexuality. I have worked extensively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals, and those navigating life across different countries or cultures. As a fully online practitioner, I support clients internationally, offering therapy that is flexible, consistent, and attuned to the realities of modern, mobile lifestyles.

Mark Crow

For years I have worked with adults (18+) of all ages, helping them to find peace, stability and meaning. I bring in different but complimentary approaches including Gestalt, Polyvagal and Mindfulness-based. Each of these is focused on change through increased awareness and increased resilience to deal with what life throws your way. If you are reading this profile, it’s likely you’ve reached the point where you realise that additional help is needed. Perhaps your sense of vitality is diminished, or you hold negative thoughts and feelings about yourself. It may be that memories and patterns from the past hold you back. Therapy with me is a process of bringing this picture into the light, rather than hiding it away. The phrase “Feel it to heal it” is largely true – that is, change comes from feeling your feelings (and expressing them) instead of trying to think your feelings or avoid them. There is much to be gained. A fairer and more positive view of yourself and your qualities. The ability to assert yourself in personal and professional relationships when you need to. Greater understanding and agency around painful feelings. An improved sense of how your past continues to influence the present. Also, an awareness of how the most challenging times can bring wisdom and enduring strength. I have experience working with issues such as: • Self-esteem and confidence • Relationship difficulties • Family problems and past traumas • Anxiety • Depression • Loneliness • Loss and bereavement • Issues affecting young people (16-25) • Stress • Anger • Career frustrations • Sexuality • Loss of energy, spirit and vitality • Questions of identity and belonging • Abuse • Trauma. The work tends to be ‘long term’ so there is time and (breathing) space to look at the whole picture and to encourage creativity and curiosity. Some advantages of therapy are, I believe, overlooked. People who are able to reflect on their life and articulate their thoughts and feelings, tend to be more interesting to others. Coupled with this, they are better able to listen to and support other people, thereby developing closer relationships.

Luka Hadrych

Luka brings a wealth of experience from his work across NHS, community and private settings, and has been deeply influenced by the courage and resilience of the people he has accompanied since 2009. He spent several years in a specialist NHS “personality disorder” service, working alongside individuals living with long-standing emotional pain and the effects of trauma – experiences sometimes referred to in medical circles as BPD, EUPD or complex PTSD. During this time, he provided team-based DBT and trauma-focused therapy. Prior to that Luka also worked within primary care services, where he helped people navigate depression, anxiety and phobias through CBT-focused interventions and other talking therapies. During this time, he also facilitated the eight-week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for Depression programme and led psycho-educational workshops for both patients and NHS staff. Now in private practice, Luka offers therapy, supervision for therapists, personal development retreats, and bespoke workshops and training.

Whether you are feeling stuck, anxious or restricted in your current situation, I provide a safe space for you to reconnect to your inner capacity to live the life you chose with understanding and vitality. Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling with Annie Pender. Difficult, painful, or confusing experiences can feel hard to make sense of alone, so having space to explore them in new ways and perspectives can help process and digest what is happening. As an integrative therapist I draw on a range of approaches to support you including Humanistic and psychodynamic theory, Gestalt therapy and creative approaches to working with mind and body – you are unique, so your sessions are unique to you. We may use talking therapy to help find out more about you, understand your story and how it is affecting you, we may also use a creative approach, working with imagery to explore and express feelings and see situations that you perhaps don’t yet have a clear picture about or words for. We can also work with your body to help process and understand your experience. Finding understanding and making meaning together, I offer a space for you to find peace and begin to move forward with a re connected sense of yourself. About me I have completed an MA in integrative arts psychotherapy, a rigorous training at the Institute of Arts In Therapy and Education in London, passing with distinction. I continue to develop my practice and research into mind and body in my work. In addition to private practice with adults, I also run regular group workshops and one to one sessions that facilitate healthy embodiment and a holistic approach to supporting our relationship to our body and mind as a resource for growth, creativity and wellbeing. I have a variety of experience working in different mental health settings, including roles working for a number of years as a therapist for the NHS, in the school system and in charitable organisations. Previous to this work I have many years working in the creative industries and continue to develop creative projects and collaborations to explore and understand the human experience.
