ALI DONAT

I am a UKCP accredited integrative psychotherapist with an MA and an advanced diploma in psychotherapy and counselling. I am also a BACP registered member. I work with adults and offer a safe and confidential space to explore their inner worlds based on their therapeutic needs in a collaborative and creative manner.

Piers Hadman

BACP registered integrative counsellor based in South West London. He practises from a distinctly neuro-affirmative stance, taking a strengths-based, non-pathologising approach to neurodivergence and treating differences in thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world as valid human variations. Before retraining as a counsellor, Piers accumulated over 30 years of professional experience across multiple industries — a grounded, real-world perspective that many clients find immediately relatable. He has particular expertise in bereavement and loss.

Angela Bryant

MBACP registered integrative counsellor and EMDR therapist with 16 years of specialist experience working in the addiction recovery sector. Her substantial background gives her a sophisticated understanding of the complex interplay between substance use, trauma, and mental health. Angela’s practice combines person-centred values with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) — a highly evidence-based treatment for trauma and PTSD. She is particularly skilled in working with clients in recovery or managing dependency.

Tanya Gordon

UKCP registered and MBACP Accredited psychotherapist with an MA in psychotherapy, specialising in work with children, adolescents, and young people as well as adults. I practise from two consulting rooms — in Highgate, North London, and in Barnet — and offer online sessions. I am trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming, with specialist expertise in ADHD and autism. I bring a warm, attuned approach to my work with younger clients and their families, as well as offering depth-oriented individual therapy to adults.

Mark Mahoney

I’m a BACP-registered integrative counsellor specialising in men’s mental health. I work with men who are overthinking, emotionally exhausted, angry, or stuck in patterns they can’t break. Many of my clients appear to be coping on the outside but are privately struggling with anxiety, irritability, poor sleep, or a persistent sense that something isn’t right. My approach is integrative, drawing mainly on person-centred and psychodynamic therapies, tailored to what you need. Sessions are practical and collaborative. Together we explore where difficulties come from and develop strategies you can use between sessions and beyond. I offer 50-minute sessions in Bromley, Forest Hill, Peckham, and online, with a free 15–20 minute introductory call.

I have an MA Counseling Psychology and over 20 years managerial and therapeutic support experience within mental health services before starting full-time private practice in 2021.  I am able to support holistically with a range of approaches,  working at behavioural, mental, emotional and spiritual/energetic levels as appropriate, so it can be tailored to your needs to support you to create the change in your life you would like.  The work is collaborative and I create a safe space where anything can be discussed and  a space where self understanding, love and acceptance are part of the healing process.  More recent trainings include Internal Family Systems, somatic processing, polyvagal theory and trauma-related counselling.

Elle Robertson

Hi, I’m Elle. I’m an experienced therapist, who specialises in working with adults in their 20’s and 30’s who are feeling stuck. London is a great place to live in lots of ways, but it can come with a load of social and professional pressure. Living here, it can easily feel like you’re not where you ‘should’ be in one area of your life or another. It can also be a place where it feels like people don’t always have the time or head space to properly listen to you, when they ask how you are. Therapy should be a place where once a week, you can talk to someone who will listen intently to what you have to say and give you the opportunity to really make space for yourself, with the support of someone who is trained in resourcing you to deepen your self awareness. This often comes from asking open questions, offering new perspectives and gently challenging narratives that you hold for yourself that might be holding you somewhere you no longer belong.

Matt Reid

BACP-accredited counsellor and clinical supervisor based at Health Hub London in Herne Hill, South London, offering both in-person and online sessions. He holds a Diploma in Clinical Supervision from The Awareness Centre (2023) and a Post-Qualification Certificate in Body Psychotherapy. In addition to his individual counselling practice, Matt provides supervision for trainee therapists and qualified counsellors, and is a registered therapist with AXA and Aviva insurance. He brings a grounded, integrative approach informed by body-awareness, and works with adults across a range of emotional and psychological concerns.

Olivia Easter

Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling exhausted from holding it all together. They might be living with anxiety or depression, struggling with low self-worth, navigating infertility, relationships, loss, or a deep sense of confusion or isolation. Often, there’s a sense of being overwhelmed by life, or of feeling left behind, behind schedule, or out of sync with others. I have a particular passion for working with people in their twenties and thirties. This can be such a transitory and tender time full of possibility, pressure, comparison and change. You might be asking yourself big questions: Who am I becoming? Am I doing life “right”? Why does everyone else seem to have it figured out? Therapy with me can offer you a place to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself amidst all of this. Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you, what might feel stuck or confusing, and what you long for beneath the surface. Therapy can help you make sense of your feelings, develop greater self-awareness, and build a more trusting relationship with yourself. Over time, this can support you to live in a way that feels more aligned, authentic and meaningful. Prior to beginning my private practice, I gained extensive professional experience working in a variety of environments, including nonprofit organisations and Greater London mental health community services.  I’ve also gained rich experience through volunteering for the crisis service line SHOUT, the UK’s first and only free, confidential, 24/7 text service for those suffering with poor mental health. This experience has given me the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals across a broad spectrum of concerns. I hold a postgraduate advanced diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the Metanoia Institute in London. I hold the Certificate of Proficiency from BACP.  I hold an undergraduate degree in Philosophy (International) from the University of Leeds. I am a registered member of BACP, I am a trainee member of UKCP and I am a member of the Metanoia Institute.  I abide by all of their ethical codes.  I receive regular clinical supervision to support my practice and to ensure I am working safely and ethically.
