Ester Bellissimo

I have a background in Psychology and Counselling with my undergraduate degree from the University of Derby. I trained as a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist at the University of Lancashire with the completion of my postgraduate diploma in Psychosexual Therapy. I have had the opportunity to support people both in the charitable and NHS sectors, ultimately deciding to move into private practice to offer a more flexible and client-centred approach. Creativity is an important part of how I work, and it felt important to me that sessions are shaped by each person’s needs rather than prescriptive, which were some of the limitations I was encountering in other sectors. Before training as a therapist, I worked in services supporting people with alcohol and drug addiction, as well as individuals experiencing mental health difficulties and disabilities. These roles continue to inform my compassionate and trauma-informed approach.

Mita Hiremath

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience, working with both private clients and established organisations including NHS-funded services, the RNIB and the London Rape Crisis Centre. I currently offer short-term and open-ended therapy in Eastcote and at One Therapy, where I am a senior consultant therapist. My work draws on Transactional Analysis, person-centred and cognitive behavioural approaches, alongside attachment theory and EMDR, allowing me to tailor therapy to each person’s needs. I aim to provide a calm, thoughtful space where you can speak openly, feel understood and begin to make sense of the difficulties you are facing.

Daniel King

In an increasingly complex and uncertain world, it is no surprise that many people find themselves overwhelmed by anxiety, low mood, or a persistent sense of unease. When emotions become difficult to manage, it is natural to fall into cycles of negative thinking or to rely on ways of coping that ultimately leave us feeling stuck. Through my work within the NHS and across a range of counselling and therapeutic services, I have supported individuals and couples in navigating these experiences and creating meaningful change. My approach combines a thoughtful, collaborative space to talk with a focus on understanding patterns, developing insight, and building practical, lasting shifts. Therapy is not solely about addressing crisis or difficulty. It can also be a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity and direction. A space in which you are not only listened to, but genuinely understood and where new possibilities can begin to take shape. Research consistently shows that the majority of people experience a significant improvement in both wellbeing and quality of life through counselling. This reflects what I see in practice every day: with the right support, change is not only possible, but often closer than it first appears.

Delso Batista

I offer a calm, reflective space where you can talk openly about whatever is weighing on you, your emotions, relationships, identity, work, or sense of self. People come to me for support with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, migration experiences, LGBTQIA+ questions, racial identity, self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach is integrative, which simply means I adapt the way I work to suit you. I draw on different evidence‑based methods, but your story, your culture, and your lived experience always guide the process. Therapy with me is collaborative: we think together, explore together, and move at a pace that feels right for you.

Karis Hanson

Hello, I’m Karis, an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. I work collaboratively with each client to tailor my approach to your needs. I specialise in working with trauma, but I am experienced in working with clients with a wide range of concerns and experiences. I look forward to hearing what brings you here and what you hope to gain from your sessions.

Polly Crabtree

I work with women who were always the responsible one and are now finding it hard to say no without feeling guilty. They often feel overwhelmed, take responsibility for other people’s needs and are starting to feel resentful. In our work together, we make sense of these patterns and help you respond differently, with clearer boundaries and less pressure.

Lesley Aitcheson

Experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist who offers a confidential, non-judgemental space where clients can explore whatever is troubling them. She works with a wide range of difficulties, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression and trauma, supporting both practical coping and deeper self-understanding. Her approach focuses on how unconscious patterns influence present experiences, helping clients make sense of thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to access alone. Therapy begins with an assessment session, followed by an agreed course of work that remains responsive to each person’s needs, with the aim of supporting meaningful, lasting change.

Erinn Brown

I specialize in working with clients experiencing difficulties with self-esteem, assertiveness, childhood relational trauma, exploration of sexual orientation and gender, and challenges related to neurodivergence. I work frequently with individuals who identify with the LGBTQ+, gifted, ADHD, and ASD communities. Using an integrative approach tailored to the needs of each individual, I strive to help my clients understand and find practical ways to cope with their challenges. I primarily draw upon person-centred, psychodynamic, and solution-focused approaches to therapy in my work. I currently provide individual therapy and coaching to both adults and teens, and I am able to offer online sessions and limited in-person sessions in my Marylebone office at the end of Harley Street. Please email me or visit my website if you have any questions about the services I offer or if you would like to request an initial appointment.

Wendy Eastwood

I have over 25 years’ experience of supporting individuals and families in a variety of settings, including Great Ormond Street Hospital, Camden Youth Offending Service, a leading visible difference & disfigurement charity Changing Faces, as well as private practice. Through working with individuals from many different backgrounds I see it as important to work with a person’s social and cultural context, and how different parts of a person’s identity come together. With the use of gentle questioning and offering my own reflections during our conversations we will work together to help you gain a new understanding. I will bring my curiosity and patience in helping you to make sense of and connect with yourself and with the world around you. Sessions will be unique to us and the relationship we build together. Whether you are new to counselling or not, the sessions may feel challenging at times, there will be moments of discomfort but there will also be moments of surprise and relief, possibly joy, as you understand and discover more about yourself. I am experienced in working with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to: Identity, Body Image, Loss/Bereavement, Trauma, Relationships/Dating, Anxiety, Depression, Obsessional Thinking/Behaviour, Confidence and Self-worth.
